Most of the important work of any
association is done through committees. Committee service
offers the best means to provide participation, create interest,
and give members and opportunity to serve their profession.
The president will appoint a liaison person from the
Executive Board to each standing committee.
Each committee shall bear full responsibility for
it’s findings and recommendations within its area, but shall have no
authority to obligate or act for the association except when specifically
empowered to do so by the Executive Board or the President.
