
Hall of Fame Nomination Form
Inductees to the Hall of Fame shall be those distinguished persons who have been
identified with work and purposes of the WACTE. The award will be presented
only to WACTE members who have made a significant impact on the field of career
and technical education at national, regional and state levels. Induction to
the Hall of Fame may be posthumous.

Support information of not more than one page each in five sections:
a. Impact of contributions on student achievement, curriculum, community,
career and technical
education programs.
b. Significant contributions at the national level
c. Significant contributions at the regional level
d. Significant contributions at the state level
e. Contribution of prominence achieved above and beyond job assignment.
Support information
can include, but should not be
limited to, honors and/or recognition, professional offices held, professional
memberships and activities and major publications.
Letters of support, limited to a
maximum of ten pages. Letters should be one page in length. Suggested
endorsers might include political leaders, professional association leaders,
business and industrial leaders, educational leaders, civic leaders, parents,
and students.
One 5" x 7" or 4" x 6" glossy photograph of the nominee. The photograph is used
for publicity purposes only, and will be returned if the nominee is not selected
to receive an award.
All materials should be word processed in 12 pt. Times New Roman font on 8 1/2 x
11 sheets with 3/4" margins, left, right, top and bottom. One original and six
copies of the completed materials should be submitted. Do not send materials in
bound notebooks.
