Conferences and Professional Development

Each year, ACTE National offers two conferences to further enhance professional development:

ACTE Convention and Career Tech Expo - The conference attracts more than 5,000 career and technical educators to participate in the only professional development event dedicated to the entire career and technical education (CTE) field. This year the conference will be held in Atlanta, Georgia from Nov. 30 - Dec. 2.

National Policy Seminar - The National Policy Seminar offers CTE professionals the opportunity to learn about the newest government legislation, meet with government and educational leaders from across the country, and explore opportunities for federal support for career and technical education. The next seminar will be held in Washington D.C. March 5-7, 2007.
